Circle T Car Wash

I use Circle T often. If you do the $17, soft touch car wash your car will come out beautifully clean and shining. I just wish the dryer dried a little longer and the timer didn't start until the car reaches the drying area. Great customer service also, always friendly and willing to help.

It was a clear sunny day and the roads were clear and dry. Perfect day to run your car through a car wash. I had never tried this car wash. All I had on me that day was $14. So I opted for the $13 car wash. I asked the attendant if it did a good job for the $13 version. He replied, "We all learn." That didn't sound good, but I was trapped in line with cars behind me. I took the car through the car wash. When I arrived home I found soap film streaked and puddled all over my car. I "learned" alright. I learned never to go back. I refuse to pay their $22 option for a car wash so MAYBE you don't end up with a mess. I'll stop at the do-it-yourself car wash on Charlestown Rd. where for $8 get a nice clean car that's isn't caked with soap film.

My car was still dirty after the wash. Look at the pictures if you don't believe me. Never again. Not only that but I noticed a scratch on my car, I want to add that my car is new. Since I see a response, I will provide more details of the incident. This happened on Monday September 1st during Labor day. The car is a subaru crosstrek, color grey. We did the wash and asked the customer service representative if we could do the wash again since the car was still very dirty after the first wash. He denied us that opportunity and instead told us to pay again for the $18 or $20 wash. We did not want to pay twice for the wash so instead we decided to wash it ourselves. Just vacuumed out my truck pretty sure it is $2.50 to do so I used my card, got charged $10.00 for using my card. Won't be using a card again.

Well, the automatic car wash stopped while I was in there, so I had to go to another bay to finish my van. When I went back the next time I washed my van, an employee came out and said he saw I had a problem with that bay, and gave me a free wash - that's integrity! They usually do a great job, and things happen - let's see how they handle it when I go back when employees are in.
