Went to this location when my truck had a transmission fault the staff was very friendly and qualified. Customer service here is outstanding almost like I got a tour of the building and directed where the driver lounge, bathroom, and coffee was located. They even got my truck in quick for the diagnostic test. I would highly recommend this location to other drivers.
I was in a tough situation when my truck broke down. I came to this location and Jacob and Dylan and along with other staff did everything they could to keep Communication open and get my truck fixed and safe for me to get back on the road with a reasonable time. I’m grateful for the help thank you everybody.
Called a hour and a half before closing. Asked if we could look at a new truck. Was treated like an idiot when I arrived. Told me "well, sales people leave at noon" asked if wife and I could at least look Inside? "Nope, we don't know how to find keys" I then asked for a salesmans number so I could call and speak to him about the truck? "Nope, you can leave your number". Nope, I'll spend my 200k elsewhere
Yes, they were great.Got me in and out in about an hour , really less.
They always have the right parts at a great price.
