I had a claim on a property and the insurance company that Citizens paired us up with was amazing! Best customer service that I have experienced in many years. The staff at citizens have always been so very accomidating to all of our inquiries and request.
Seems like they always have attitudes when you call them. Don't know why? If you hate your job, just quit.
