Citrus Motors Ford Service Center

I’m sorry to say but my experience at your service center was not that great. I live in Corona and have a ford by my house but I wanted to go to Ontario because I thought it was nicer and would have a better experience. First rolling up to the service center I was checked in which was fine. The service writer was not to welcoming when I was first greeted. I was there for service but was also wanting to order a hitch kit and have it installed at the same time. Asked if they matched prices at a local dealer and was told no right away. Was also wanting to get the recall done at the same time also but was told I had to leave the truck for a day. Explained that if that was the case I would need a rental cause I was taking my mother to the airport later that day and needed a truck and was told

I brought my Kia (less than 1,000 miles on it) to Citrus Motors Ford for a simple tire repair—just a small hole causing a slow air leak. The experience was beyond frustrating. First, I was told they wouldn’t fix it because I purchased the warranty at Pomona Kia, and apparently, Kia only allows warranty work at the place of purchase. What kind of nonsense is that? A warranty should be valid at any authorized dealership! To make things worse, they said it would take three hours to even look at it. Then, the service advisor told me that if they "can't find the hole," they would just put air in the tire and send me on my way. Are you serious? Finding a tire leak is basic—spray some soapy water and look for bubbles. The fact that they "can't make any promises" is a joke. This place is unhelpf

What a mess. Multiple times this shop failed to pickup a vehicle that was scheduled days in advance. They kept the vehicle for 24 hours and never touched it. One star for sending a Lyft to let me pickup the yet untouched vehicle. Useless Ford.
