Citrus Motors Kia Service Center

I will start by saying I was a Kia enthusiast until today. The lack of leadership and managment at this dealership blew my mind. I leased my vehicle in north carolina at Bob King Kia in winston salem NC. We are a military family and life has brought us to california. Again this is a leased vehicle, we leased it because we wanted to test out an EV and we wanted it to be as smooth and painless when we would inevitably have to go to a kia service center. So we took the dive and we went with the Ev9 Gt Line. Car runs fine all the bells and whistles. The issue isn't the machine this issue is the disrespect and lack of any accountability or structure of a system at this citrus dealership. Recently, my car was stalled so I took it to Citrus Motors Kia Service Center & they immediately accepted my car. I was assisted by Veonte Marquis who was very professional and provided exceptional service. Veonte consistently kept me posted of my car's status. Thankfully my car was brought back to life! All it needed was a replacement part of which was under warranty and an oil change. I definitely will be returning to this service center for my upcoming maintenance.

I've been a customer at Citrus Kia for years and always have an okay experience. But my recent visit was exceptional because of Veonte at the service desk, he is wonderful –he's friendly, always kept me informed about the status of my car, and provided clear, honest estimates.

They have no clue🤐 The attendant took my car for a test drive and said there was nothing wrong? But the engine light is on saying service 🤔 What type of car guru are you 🤬 Useless I waited spoke with management, and they had the stinger serviced, and the engine light is no longer on. 😁

Ve was the one to service my car and he was very kind, explained everything that was done and thoroughly answered the questions I had regarding the service!
