City Auto Body Shop

I got three different quotes before coming to City Auto and this was by far the most reasonable price, pleasant customer service, and overall best service I’ve received. Ted was transparent about the cost and what they could do, and my car was in and out in three days. My car is restored to the way it was when I bought it, after two separate hit and run instances that left both my bumpers in terrible condition. The work done to my car exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for City Auto Body for taking care of my vehicle as if it were their own. Thank you!!

I got my car fixed at City Auto Body Shop in Irving, and it was a really good experience. The owner was super honest and only did what was actually needed. He explained everything in a really straightforward way, and my car came out great. Definitely appreciate the work they did!

I have nothing but good things to say: Mr. Ted was very nice, the work was perfect, and it was all so punctual and straightforward. I went to 6 different highly-rated body shops all over DFW (Garland, Irving, Dallas, etc) and I’ve been quoted anywhere from $1.2k-3.2k for what I personally think is not a huge fix - I only wanted to get it fixed since it was an eyesore (my front chrome molding chipped and my emblem caved in from hitting something at <5 mph). Other body shops have told me I needed to get the whole sensor system replaced (which is why they quoted me over a grand for it) when I told them all the sensors work since I’ve tested it on the road. Mr. Ted told me that he can save the emblem and just replace the bracket which he did and it looks PERFECT! He did it for half of the lowe

Brought my ride here for paint repair. Found out that the painting that was done at the manufacturer, was not properly prepared and painted correctly. It began to peal and chip all over. There was no primer on it, just paint and body. Mr. Ted advised me on what needed to be done, and what he would do to correct my problem. He, and his team, stripped, primed, repaired any other body issues, and painted my ride to perfection! I am very pleased with the work that was done! Looks like a Brand New 2017! Had a motorcycle person drive between two lines and break my rear view mirror on my car, they quoted me a price, but was even lower then the quoted price once finished! They got it done super fast, and it looks fantastic. Thank you so much!
