City Auto - Chattanooga

City Auto opened in June and I am really impressed. I have been monitoring the truck market for several months and saw they posted one that fit my search criteria. Pete was able to secure the truck from another City Auto location for me the same day. The truck was priced extremely well, and they took my old car in on trade and gave me a very competitive value for it. 5 Stars. I highly recommend, they have made the buying process very easy, i know as they become more established it will only even get better.

Auto simple in Chattanooga is the best. A coworker referred me to them because they had been so good to her. I got completely screwed over by drive time next door the week before (vehicle died as soon as I pulled in my driveway and was a whole process to return then tried to not refund/reimburse me for things. We left there and decided to check out auto simple while we were close to it.. Mr. Solomon pulled us in & we actually ended up approved for a vehicle before leaving that same day. I just had to wait until I got paid again to come back and pick my new baby. The second time we came in to bring a down payment and all that fun stuff, we worked with Christian. They will harass the hell out of you for only being 3 days late. When you call they ARE VERY RUDE. The lady argued with me that I shouldn’t have bought a car I couldn’t afford… mind you it’s only DAYS late and I’m about to make the payment. Smh. Can’t wait to not have to deal with them anymore. I originally bought a car from Buy Here Pay Here and paid it off and WENT BACK for my current car. This company took over and it’s been terrible customer service since. Especially dealing with maintenance as well.
