I went in and asked for a serpentine belt and even though they had the part in stock they lied and denied me of any parts. Sandy, the worker knew I was using a new mechanic in town and refused me service by lieng to me because of it. I was moving home to Utah from California and the car broke down. I was stranded for a number of hours trying to to find parts in a tiny town with one auto parts store. Luckily the mechanic, Earl from Fast Auto Repair saved my life and found the parts an hour away and fixed the car that night. I want to strongly advise against giving this NAPA your business if you can help it. The customer service is awful and they almost definitely "won't have that part". The mobile mechanic however was awesome.

Usually has what your looking for or can order it. On the higher end of prices. Quick to assist. Sometimes to quick which makes you feel rushed and unwelcome to browse.. Depending on who's shift & time of day it can be quite & you can take your time. Other times it can feel unwelcoming. A social hangout for the boys club. That can mk u feel excluded, like your intruding on their time. And under a microscope as soon as you walk in when they all stop talking, turn to look\stare then carry on leaving u at a loss at how to proceed. Ask for help or wait around untill they deem it time to assist. Either from them finally noticing u. The conversations eases Or you standing there for a half HR waiting feeling uncomfortable starts mkn them uncomfortable. Depends on timing like I said. Based all off

Always helpfully & friendly folks. I do all the business I can there instead of going out of town . In most cases if they don't have a part I need.thay will get it the next day. Why go out of town ?? Right ???

Called to get a quote and was more expensive when I got there when asked about the price clerk was little rude Do not like this store feel ripped off every time I have to go there It's the only place in 50 miles and they take advantage of it

Very rude manager, staff didnt know what they were doing and wouldnt look up the part i needed cuz they said their computers cant look it up. Wouldnt recommend stopping here for parts ever
