City Auto Rapair

He had my car for 4 days for simple repairs. Claimed not to work on weekends even though it says they're open on Google and a friend that has used them before confirmed they work on Saturdays. He didn't even look at my car when he said he was going to which is what made the process so long. I had to call to check in for every issue and ended up paying for a service he didn't even complete. When asked for a partial reimbursement he said "business is business" and it's not his problem. Very unprofessional and not considerate of people's time and money.

Owner had my vehicle for over a week, never looked at it. I kept reaching out for updates, nothing but excuses. Finally I just told him I would pick up my vehicle. Very rude said he owes no apology for his lack of communication nor his rudeness.
