City Auto Repair

I am glad to have found city auto repair. I have had my vehicle serviced by them twice now. They have done an amazing job thus far. My car runs well. Rob and Teresa are excellent service advisors. They have been upfront about repairs and costs. You’re not pressured to approve repairs. I look forward to continue doing business with you all. 😊

I really tried to like City Auto. I used them many times but have had a few concerning events. In the beginning I had an oil change where they left the cap off and the oil spewed everywhere. In my opinion that's a rookie mistake. The owner came to where I was and refilled the oil. So I let it go and continued to use them. Then I used them for a coolant reservoir replacement after the car overheated. They did a pressure check and replaced hoses and reservoir. When I got it back the heater did not work, I didn't think it was a huge deal then it overheated again. When I checked the coolant reservoir it was empty. Took it to another mechanic who found significant leaks within the system that was replaced due to loose connections. Also, a wrench was left in my radiator which I later found and

We have been using City Auto for a few years now. They have done tons of work on our vehicles over the years. They are kind and professional and always willing to helpfully explain any auto issues. I have appreciated their input when weighing out and prioritizing which repairs are necessary and which can wait on our old car. Great folks and a great business

I heard a rattle in my Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and took it to City Auto to find out what it was. They diagnosed it, ordered parts and it was fixed two days later- I was able to wait for it both days in their very comfortable waiting room. I am so happy with their service and will be back for oil changes, routine maintenance and anything else that might need attention. Thank you for your great and friendly service, City Auto.

I had some issues with a mobile mechanic who messed something up on my car, so that I was without a car for 2+ weeks. I was recommended City Auto by a friend, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They are very kind, communicative, fairly priced, and understanding. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that I have a reliable mechanic to go to whenever I'm dealing with vehicle issues. I'm so glad I found City Auto and I can't recommend them enough!
