City Auto Service is one of the Best Place for Car Service, Regular Maintenance and Breaks and other Tune Up services. All crew Members/Mechanics are very polite and knowledgeable. They do the job right first time no need of wasting time other places. I have been a customer for many years and I come to this place from all the way Long Island. Their charges for the services they provide is very reasonable and they are honest in their dealings. I recommend them for all services like Car Inspections, tuneups, Alignment, Tire Service, Shocks replacements and any major work like replacement of even engines. They have all kinds of state of the art tools and machines to work on latest models car and SUV.

Don't go there, save your hard earned money. Everyone working here is deceitful and liars. Went here for wheel alignment of toyota rav 4 , was not able to loosen one right front tie rod nut, without loosening tie rod nut ,they did alignment completed, didn't even gave me printed report. I drove car after alignment, steering wheel was not straight and steering became heavy to operate. When you go again to complain, they don't listen to you. Same thing they did with my other car lincoln mkt , few months ago. One nut was not able to loosen, but completed alignment. When I went back to complain again, they asked me to pay $250 for tie rod replacement, while tie rod i bought from parts authority was $37. Replaced from elsewhere mechanic for $50 . Don't go here, you will regret later.

They are scammers. They quote you one price for the work, and then multiply it by four, claiming that you misunderstood them. If you want to be cheated, go to them. I'm not even talking about the quality of the repairs; there is none at all. They scratched all my wheel rims.
