You can't go wrong choosing this body shop. My husband has taken his car there 3 times for repair after an accident. The work they do is almost magical. They do such a fantastic job. I hit a deer and had almost 11K in damage. They fixed my car in a little over 2 weeks and it looks just like I drove it off the showroom floor. Spanking brand new! Great customer service. They front desk staff is very friendly and help you relax about being in an accident by sharing other similar experiences.

Amazing. There’s no indication of any previous damage to the car in the areas that they’ve repaired. They even touched up a scratch that wasn’t related to our original CC. Car was spotless inside and out. Definitely coming back if I need more work done

Fantastic! Discover this body shop after La Fontaine dealership quoted me $3200 I was sure I was being overcharged city body cut that price in half gave exceptional customer service kept me updated communicated with my insurance and when I picked up my car it looked as it never had been worked on inside was clean no mechanics fingerprints or paper underneath the pedals. Made me feel good about spending money. Located in Depot town.. Felt good supporting a local business!

Best body shop, very easy to work with, no guessing game or weeks and weeks of waiting. They coordinate with rental car companies and delivery beautiful work on time and with insurance coverage. Now from West side of Ann Arbor I still come back to City Body in Ypsi, all other attempts closer were disappointing - lots of wait, no coordination.

Listen I came in with my car (her name is Stacy dash) someone had backed into her my heart was Absolutely broken I'm a lyft driver which is literally how I feed my family I'm am Absolutely over joyed at the results it was like a distant nightmare that seemed like it never happened thanks to them.
