I got exceptional service from Lano and he answered all my questions and concerns and I know my car was in good hands. He worked hard to make the repairs as affordable as possible! I actually compared different quotes and City Body Repair has the most reasonable and affordable quote. And we are open and transparent about the cost and work done in a timely manner. Customers service was above and beyond my expectations. Lano keep us informed about the progress and even invite us to take a look at the car during the repair. My Lexus IS 350 F sport look newer than when I bought it! I greatly appreciate for City Body Repairs team work and highly recommend it! 👍🤩

I'd give 5+ Stars if I could! City Body's repair and service were outstanding. The quality of the work was flawless. You absolutely cannot tell my 2012 Volkswagen Golf R was hit on the rear corner. They offered a competitive rate and their team made me feel completely comfortable, taking the time to discuss all my concerns. They even invited me to see the car when it was being repaired and explained the work being done. Best of all, they completed it ahead of schedule, getting me back on the road in time for a trip I had planned to see Fall colors in the Sierra's. I highly recommend City Body!

Dare you to see the repair I move here 4 years ago, and after weathering 12 years of Northeast rain, snow and salt exposure, my 2009 Jeep developed a 3’ diameter rust spot (a hole) on the left rear quarter panel, just below the fuel filler door. The rest of the vehicle’s finish was in near perfect condition, despite its age, so I brought it to City Body Repair to see what they could do. Four days later I picked up the vehicle and was amazed with the results. The area had been rusted-thru, so they welded in a new section of metal, refinished the area and painted it. The paint color matched the surrounding area perfectly, and the repair was like the rust never happened. Thankyou City Body Repair. Great job, great service and a great value. Jim S.

City Body Repairs in Willow Glen/ Downtown San Jose was the best experience ever!! They were absolutely amazing with great customer service, my car looks BRAND NEW after visiting their shop, AND they polished, cleaned, and touched up the scratches on my car after they fixed it.
