City Center Collision Services

I would strongly caution anyone considering City Center Collision. They had my vehicle for 29 days. After telling me it was finished, they held it for an additional 6 days waiting for the insurance company to approve supplemental charges and send payment. The worst part is they told me the car was ready, I drove 45 minutes to pick it up, and only then did they inform me they would not release it. This was a complete waste of my time and could have easily been communicated beforehand. When I finally got my vehicle back, I found out the work wasn’t even fully completed. The paint protective film was never replaced, despite the repairs being “finished.” Even more unacceptable, they returned my vehicle with a completely dead battery because they never bothered to charge or maintain it durin

I was so happy I brought my vehicle here for repairs after damage due to a break in. Nicole was super communicative every step of the way. I was also very pleasantly surprised when my car was ready earlier than anticipated. If I'm ever in need of future work, I will definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent work!

City Center Collision did an amazing job with vehicle. Superb communication with Nicole! The entire team coordinated my rental from Enterprise. They saved me the time since I have such a busy schedule. I really did like their automated text messages regarding updates. It helped me plan ahead for leave with my employer. Thank you again staff! Highly recommend to any one needing to go to an auto body shop! Very convenient on my end since it was only 7 min away from me!

Emily and Dan (and the whole team) are wonderful! City Center Collision did a great job from the very start of my insurance claim process in communicating well and often about my repair. They initially said my repair would take over a week and exceeded my expectations when they finished in just 4 days with my truck back to looking exactly how it did before the accident. After getting hit while parked, my insurance recommended I go here for the repairs and all I can say is wow!!! The two guys working the front were so helpful and thorough with the whole process. Most importantly their team at the shop did an amazing job at fixing my car and taking great care of it and it looks like they detailed it inside & out! My car looks BRAND NEW again and I'm so happy with the outcome. I will always recommend anyone here now!
