Lou is a great auto body guy and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend. I got into a car accident and had to pay out of pocket to repair the damages on my car. Got a quote from a couple of places before I found Lou, but all of them were out of my budget. After talking to Lou, he was able to work with me and my budget. Did an amazing job and finished within 24 hours after I dropped my car off.

A lot of people waste no time reviewing a business when they've had a bad experience. Rarely do they share their good experiences. I'm sharing my awesome experience. Lou and his team at City Collision are amazing!! My truck was hit involving the tail gate, bumper, tail light, and right rear quarter panel. Lou kept me in the loop during the whole process. There were some delays in getting a couple of parts, but Lou was determined and went out of his way in obtaining those parts. I was shocked when he called me to tell me that my truck was complete 10 days ahead of schedule. They did an amazing job and I'm more than satisfied. So often people post negative reviews and forget about giving shout outs to the good ones. City Collision took excellent care of me. Someone swiped my car at work and drove off without leaving a note so I had to foot the bill for some jerk who couldn’t take accountability. City Collision made my 4Runner like new again, and it wasn’t an easy match color. They also fixed my pinstripes while at it for no extra, AND came in early so I could pick it up in time to get to work. So happy with City Collision. If you need great work, great service and a great price, this is where you need to go.

Huge thanks to Mr. Lou and his crew for their outstanding work on my Civic. Very professional and straightforward. He even walk me through the process of what needed to be done and was very efficient and accurate with the timeline of the repair. He also kept me informed and honored the price agreed upon, which was fair. He told me a week but was done in about 3 days and the finished product was amazing, like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend and definitely will be referring others, hopefully I won't NEED to use him again, but definitely will be my first choice for repairs. Thanks again Mr. Lou!
