Over the years City Fender has repaired 5 family vehicles suffering various types of damage ranging from minor to major collision damage. Each repair, from the initial estimate to the final repair completion, were completely hassle free, within budget, and most importantly, on time! The quality of each repair has been outstanding, particularly paint matching the repair parts (new fender, hood, bumper in the latest “incident”) to the cars original color. I found the staff very outgoing, polite and professional. Soooo, if & when another family member, who is marginally qualified to drive (jesss kidding), has an “incident”, we’ll be back!

Not proud to say that I’ve needed their service three times … so far but… I’ve never had a bad experience with them! They are always friendly, always helpful, always fast and efficient! My car was returned to me in top notch shape and returned to me cleaner and shinier than when I left it with them! I cannot praise them more! I’m hoping not to see them again but if I need a repair… I know where I’m going😅

Had accident early 2023 and asked around who was reliable. City Fenders name came up about 5x. Plus i needed something walking distance from Town. Took 2 wks for parts and 1 week for repairs(3 wks total). Was initially told repairs would take 2 weeks but was shocked when i got the call after 1 week to pickup. Now it is Sept 2024 and car hasn't had any problems.

City Fender and Body Services is definitely the BEST auto repair shop on the Island! They do quality work, let you know about any costs ahead of time, and are the nicest people around!!!
