City Glass is our #1 go-to business for glass here at Trusted Tradesmen & Co. They always take care of us. We can typically get plain glass cut the same day. They have many different types of glass to meet our customers different design needs. Claudia takes good care of us. Everyone there is nice and courteous. After asking two local businesses in my home town, honea path,sc, city glass came to my rescue. My grandson broke a window with a ball, I was able to get the glass and window out, but due to poor eye vision was unable to read the tape measurements. One business no longer offers glass replacement the other business left me standing in the middle of the store after telling me they could only cut the glass I would have measure it give them the measurements and I had to install it, then walked away. The rude dude dealing with the paint said he couldn't help me for at least an hour, he had to deal with a five gallon paint mix. I called city glass explain my issue, he said yes ma'am do you want to bring me the window or how do you want to handle this.? I was able to drop it off, get a quote, a

I ordered a window to replace in a front door. I gave the lady on the phone the exact demensions. She decided that she knew better than me that it couldn't be 1 " thick so she changed it to 1/2". I picked up the glass and questioned it and they didn't seem to care. Now I have a window that just doesn't fit. I want ever buy another window from them.
