We used this company for many years for our window needs. Called today for a window installation and the receptionist seemed very confused. I asked for the older lady that used to always take my order and she stated she was not in today. Okay, no problem, just order my window. Then the lady called back to state that the technicians will have to come out to measure. I stated that is fine as long as they don't try to charge me a fee. Then the owner calls me back and states that I need to "find someone else to get my window from!" I asked him what was his issue today and if he was the owner. He screamed "yes I am. " I said he was not being professional at all and he hung up on me. From one business to another, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
