I dropped my truck off over at City Tire for some repair work. They're communication is excellent. They diagnosed my issue, sent me photos, and informed me of the repair costs very quickly. After picking up my truck, it's driving with no issues, and the price I paid was reasonable!

Very impressed and glad about the experience I had. I had an unexpected flat tire on the highway and quickly exited. Understandably, I was a bit rattled. They were so kind, efficient and reasonable. As a recent Chicago transplant, I was nervous about finding an auto shop for my oil change and taillight repair. I found City Tire online and read the rave reviews. Having now been to City Tire twice, I can confidently say that I picked the right place! Everyone was lovely and kind, from phone calls to in-person interactions. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and they were even apologetic that the price couldn't be lower when I needed a repair piece from the dealer. Their service was speedy- I was only at the shop for about an hour each time. And as a busy student, I was so grateful for the workspaces and WiFi in the waiting room. I can't recommend City Tire and Auto Repair highly enough!
