I hit a pothole on the interstate and pulled off to check it, tire was losing air so I went to City Tire because I could see the sign from the gas station where I checked the tire. They took my car in after about 5 minutes and it turns out that there was severe damage to the inner sidewall. They found my a used tire and loaned it to me overnight so that I could go home and retrieve a spare that I had taken off the car earlier. The staff were polite professional and knowledgeable. They are now my go to shop in Pell City!

On a road trip to Ga & they fit me in to get my situation resolved in a timely manor. I was able to get back on the road west in great time. They even have fresh coffee. Thank you.

I had to wait a little, but I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they had the parts to fix it. I recommend this company. UPDATE: Office staff and techs were personable and experienced. They did they work professionally and offered insights into tire care and accessories. Competitively priced. Michael took very good care of us!

I would not recommend this place for anyone. They put two old tires on my car one blew out before I could even get home and the other one is not far from it. Very unprofessional rude just done what they wanted to do because I was a woman.

I went in because one of my tires was showing low pressure at the end of a long trip. I didn’t have to wait long even though they were busy. My tire was simply low. They checked the pressure of all my tires and added air where needed and had me on my way in no time. No expensive minimum fees. Nice people. Highly recommended!
