We brought our car in for an inspection, they said it needed work. After the work was done there were significant complications related to the work. I brought it to their attention and the local techs made several efforts to fix the complications. Eventually, the issue was elevated to their leadership and they took care of us and got the car back on the road. We appreciate they did that.

We get all our cars serviced here now. Charlie is why we keep coming back. we look forward to seeing him every time we're here. Fantastic customer service, willing to explain everything to me always smiling always ready to help. I definitely trust him with my vehicle.

The battery died in our truck. Got a battery, but this vehicle requires professional installation of the battery. Took it to city tire. The way they handle this emergency and how affordable their service impressed us. There's more to the story, but this sealed the deal for us about where yo get tires.

City Tire in Keene has provided excellent service each of the times I've brought my vehicle in for service or repair. I've had everything from new tires, to oil changes, to major suspension repair and have zero complaints. They are quick, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, and always try to save me money when they can. They provided a diagnosis for my son's disabled vehicle at no charge, even though we had it towed back to the another shop to be repaired (due to warranty reasons only). Excellent auto service provider! I will continue to give City Tire my business as long as I live in the area.

My husband and I have had such a wonderful experience here. They are honest, reliable, fast and the prices are great. We have saved hundreds of dollars going here. The atmosphere is nice and the employees seem to love their jobs and love their customers. I have come by with a flat tire and they have just filled it for me and looked at a latch on my trunk, just because I needed help. They are great people and Tristen is so friendly and knowledgeable. We moved to Manchester, NH recently and because we don't trust anyone but them, we still will be driving the hour and twenty minutes so they can work on our vehicle. Thank you so much guys!
