Great service and very professional staff! They helped me quickly with my tire issue and explained everything clearly. Prices were fair and the service was fast.

I had a great experience at this tire shop. I don’t typically write reviews, however I am very pleased. As a woman, I always worry about being overcharged or talked down when asking questions but that didn't happen here at all. The staff explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. The service was quick and the prices were fair. I felt comfortable along with with a respectable time. Great place!!

I discovered a nail embedded in a tire on my brand new car. I was looking for a shop that had Tesla experience and would not try to sell me a new tire when mine seemed repairable and is only two months old. I found City Tire & Service via Google and gave them a call. The service I received was outstanding. From initial phone call through repair, the guys were honest, polite and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and I had pleasant banter with the other clients and staff. The drive to the shop took longer than the repair. I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes for $15. That's what I'm talking about! Thank you for the exceptional service. It is greatly appreciated and I will definitely be back for future tire and brake service.

I have gone here about 4-5 times now. Each time is a great experience. The business owners are honest and very kind. The service is quick and proficient, and they always have a smile and pleasant disposition. City Tire & Service is the only tire shop I visit in garland. I pray more business comes their way. Im definitely recommending to my friends and family.
