Although I had never purchased a car sight unseen before, the low-mileage Lexus I was considering gave me confidence that it would be in excellent condition. During our conversations, I asked Omar several times about their experience handling out-of-state sales. He assured me that they regularly sell vehicles to customers across the country and walked me through the entire process step by step. After a few days of negotiations and completing the necessary paperwork, I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership some time ago. At the time of purchase, they agreed to fix a broken tail light and repair a tire with a slow leak. After the sale was completed, I never heard back from them regarding these repairs. I later took the vehicle to a Tesla service center for an inspection and was informed that the car also had a cracked rim. Tesla quoted me $2,199 for the necessary repairs. After I shared this with the dealership, they agreed to cover the rim repair, but that was never done either. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle also developed a coolant issue that I had to have repaired by Tesla at my own expense. Overall, this experience felt very shady, and the dealership did not honor the good-faith repairs they promised.

I bought a 2015 hyundai sonata and it was a lemon first I had to get the engine fixed within 24 hours of getting the car and everytime I turn around I had to use my car payments to keep fixing it then they didn't tell me that the car had 3 recalls before I got it and now they garishing my check cause this company sold me a lemon car I will never ever get a car from them again they ruin my life and if you want your life ruin as well go ahead but don't say I didn't warned you.
