The worst place, it's disgusting, the service is terrible. They charged me $733 for the three days my car was there. They're awful. The place is terrible and the customer service is terrible too.

The lady who works there is terrible at customer service.

Worst place you can ever have your car towed by . Never mentioned any extra charges and only accept cash . Bad customer service and reeks of cigarettes. By any means necessary avoid this company

Absolute worst towing company hands down. Will take advantage of you in a vulnerable situation. If I could give less stars I would.

They were extremely respectful and very helpful with the paperwork I think it was the owner whom helped us. He explained everything to sign so our insurance company could go directly to them. The ratings are low but people don't realize how busy towing companies are in Palm Beach county I respect them very much!!!!
