Juan went above and beyond and helped me get into a new vehicle. This is my second car purchase from this dealership and I would definitely come back again.
This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased through City Wide, and each salesperson has been outstanding. Juan wasn't pushy or forceful, but very helpful and personable. When the time comes for another car I'll definitely come back.
Sold me a car with a bad drive shaft, shit tone of electrical issues. And majority of the sales personnel have zero idea what the are talking about when it comes to vehicles. Main manager told me my car had lane assist and that’s why it was pulling me into other lanes. When in reality it needed and alignment. PREDATORY CAR DEALER. Do not recommend.
