CJ Pony Parts

I ordered theTMI Premium Upholstery Pony Interior Mustang Coupe 65-66 White Front Buckets. The shipment was quick but the seats are not White as shown on their website. Before I placed my order I sent an email specifically asking if the seats material is white. They responded that they should be. They are NOT white but an off white. When I placed my order I was supposed to get free shipping. I did not. Buyer be ware.

I ordered a part that online says was in stock. Then I kept getting emails saying that the part was delayed. So I called to speak to a rep first the reps are extremely rude and has zero customer service. I tried to explain that it showed on google it was in stock and she continued to say well they are not google but they update there info to google? Anyways I asked to speak to a manager she declined me and hung up worst experience ever. I called back got put on hold for a manager for over 15 minutes. So I hung up as that is what they want to put you on hold until you hang up. Don’t waste your money with CJ Pony the rep said that all parts have to be ordered and take up to 4 weeks lol. I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is horrible customer service

I have to admit that CJ Pony wasn’t my first choice for parts when I started restoring my dad’s 1981 Chevy C10 Silverado in late 2023. My search and purchase of parts began with LMC but prices were high and I didn’t find all the parts that were required for my project. I then found CJ Pony mid 2024 and was very pleased with their extensive selection of restoration parts and accessories, and surprisingly the lower prices. I have been purchasing from CJ Pony for 7 months and have been very satisfied with their service, prices and quality of the parts. CJ Pony is my go to for my project parts.

it took 2 year's and 8 months to finish my 64 1/2 mustang, thank to CJ Pony Parts for making that happened. It was easy to find the parts with their website. If i had problems I would call and get it fixed for me. Great customer service and reasonable pricing.
