I was a little disappointed. I brought my son's car in for an inspection and emissions check as it was due. I made an appointment for 9 am and arrived to drop off the car at 8:45. I didn't get a call until 2:50 in the afternoon telling me I needed a license plate bulb replaced in order to pass inspection in which I agreed to. I didn't get a call telling me the car was ready until after 4 pm. It appears making an appointment doesn't matter and why would it take almost 8 hrs to do an inspection. Thank goodness I didn't wait there and totally waste my day. This is the second time something like this happened. My son had a nail in his tire and called and was told to come right in and they would fix the tire right away. He ended up waiting 3 hours, to remove a nail from a tire. We have been us

If there are unforseen problems, they always give you the options available at a fair price. This is why I've been a faithful customer for over 20 years! All my vehicles and my kids cars all have "sneakers" from CJ's. Keep up the great service.

I have used CJ tires many times and they never disappoint. Professional staff. Easy to schedule with. I usually wait for my car and they have a comfortable waiting area. My only wish it that I could turn off the TV (I am not a TV watcher and hate the noise).

A family member of mine just got a huge bill and very unsatisfactory repair here recently. They deserve a full refund, as their vehicle could have been rendered undriveable due to incompetent service. I never heard of such an inadequate experience for over 2000 dollars. My relatives who just used this repair shop are pretty upset right now. They were definitely "ripped off" here. This is wrong what has happened. This is a moderate income, friendly, hardworking family who doesn't deserve what this shop has done to them. This company should give them a full refund.
