On Saturday morning at 8 a.m., I got a flat tire on my way to work. My friend persistently suggested we visit CJs, and after exploring three different places, I was grateful I took their advice. Upon entering, I unexpectedly ran into a childhood friend, James A., who addressed my situation with genuine concern. I felt truly acknowledged and well cared for. Its Monday morning I am here waiting on new tires for my vehicle. A heartfelt thank you to James and Stephanie for making my holiday experience memorable.

I bought two tires from this location. There was no wait when I arrived. Took an hour and 15 minutes to change two tires. Left the valve stem cap off of one wheel that had a new tire and didn’t put the spare back as promised. You decide for yourself but I was underwhelmed by the service. Won’t return.

Everyone at CJ, Phoenixville, was very friendly and professional. What is noteworthy is I asked for an alignment and they advised me that my car did not need any adjustment so they did not charge me for an alignment which proves they are have a great deal of integrity and are customer. focused. I would highly recommend them

We have been using CJs for years but something has changed. I took my car in because my right front tire was losing air. the treads were pretty low on both front tires so I asked them to replace both. When I got the car back, I discovered that the rear tires were new and the fronts still looked bad, so I questioned this. I was told they always put the new tires on the back so they had rotated them. Fast forward a few weeks later and my front right tire is still losing air. I believe I was lied to but have no way to prove it.
