My wife and I were directed to take her Jeep Wrangler there by the warranty company to get some work done. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish was incredibly friendly and helpful. The technician called me a few different times throughout the process just to keep me updated. I really appreciated that, as getting your car worked on can be a pretty stressful process. Here's the best part of all—the work was done right and the prices were fair. Let's face it, getting your car worked on is rarely cheap, so it is great any time you get a quote and it doesn't feel like a punch to the gut! I was able to get my vehicle in for service quickly and was contacted about other things that needed to be done; I was also told how much said services would cost. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dropped my car off for fuel injector replacement at 8am and received the call that the maintenance was complete and the car was ready for pickup at 10am. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they did to repair my car. I will be going back there.

This company gave excellent and prompt service. One of our drivers broke down in 95 degree heat, 3 hours from our office. They picked him up and took him back to their shop until we could get another driver to pick him up. The towed the vehicle 3 hours one way the same day. Kudos to CK Towing.
