I went here to use the dog wash, used it twice so my total was 14 dollars. I was charged 50 dollars and never got my money back, no answer when I called. The inside of the tub was very dirty. The dryer did not work well. The soaps were nice and smelled good, but that’s it. Don’t come here, and make sure you read the reviews before you do.

My husband spent $22 for a $4 car wash and could not get a representative to credit him or even call him back. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!!

I wish I had read the reviews. I went back in March and paid $10. The door never opened. I called multiple times and even spoke to a girl that said she would let the manager or someone know and look into it. Never got the refund. It’s now July. It seems like this is just a way for them to scam people. Save your hard earned money, go elsewhere.

Worst car wash in Broome county nothing works ,car wash quit in the middle of my wash, leaking soap all over the place $19 dollars down the drain plus I had to pay ten to wash the soap off after it died, will never be back. This place is a run down dump!

Went to laser wash on Conklin road this morning, paid $15.12 for a car wash, the car wash door wouldn’t open. Attempted to call for service no answer. I seen a review posted 4 days ago they also paid and no car wash. Seems they do not Maintain this car wash often!! Hope this don’t happen to more people. Also Hope I can get my $15 back since I still have a dirty car! Will never go here again!!!
