Clark & Howard Towing

LAWSUIT PENDING ..we use to like them when they had the big 2 guys a white guy with a mustache a guy with lot of tattoos and the older guy that seems to do everything and drives everything but I havnt seen the guy we use to prefer to use. We always paid credit card for everything and he was wonderful. But ever since we seem to get this younger guy with a little beard I think names Eren or eric or something. Wel we started a lawsuit just recently maybe a few weeks now. This kid towed something for us and he insisted we pay cash he said if we do cash for this container I can do it after 5pm for $450 or $650 card and I can do it anytime so we said sure cash is fine trying to save anytime we can, lets face it times are tough. Unfortunately had my vehicle towed by the city of Palmdale and Clark & Howard came and picked it up. Tow guy was friendly and front desk was attentive. After getting my vehicle back my check engine came on the next morning which was a surprise to me because my vehicle is Toyota 2021 with very low mileage. Something underneath the vehicle snapped off during the load/unloading and I brought it up to Clark & Howard Tow’s attention and they were able to help me out by remedying the situation. Clark & Howard Tow showed integrity and accountability on their part without hassle, thank you guys so much! I would definitely recommend getting helped out by these guys.

The driver who Towed my car Name Is "Eric .S." he was really cool despite the situation the police officer couldn't answer any questions about what happens to your car when there's a accident, Thankfully "Eric" filled in the blanks. He was very kind patient & understanding.

We used Clark & Howard to move 3 conex’s and a semi truck box. First Mariana in the office was efficient to get these containers moved. We had to change a pickup time and she was able to work us in. Their team was skilled, Junior and JJ, were able to maneuver the containers out of tight places. Because you pay by the hour it was important for the job to be done quickly, and they did. The pricing was right on. We got 3 other bids and theirs was the best.

Dispatch girl said the truck would be there in 20 & the truck was IN FACT there in 20 minutes, quickly got me loaded up and on my way. Driver's name was Andrew, I will most definitely be calling them again in the future when-ever I have any other problems with my cars...
