NIGHTMARE!!!! BEWARE!!!After moving to the area, I needed a new mechanic. I was recommended by a friend. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Jim. After explaining my car was older, and that I lost my husband who took care of all of that. I needed a new honest trustworthy mechanic. We had a pleasant conversation on the phone that morning, I decided to bring my car in for oil change and a diagnostic. Well, I felt totally taking advantaged of.90 BUCKS plus tax for an oil change, which is my fault for not asking first and used to paying 50 and told me new brakes and throw away rotors 1200 with no estimate. I said I was looking for a mechanic not someone who was going to take advantage of my situation. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

2012 Passat: Went in on recommendation of neighbor. Could not be happier. ‘12 Passat Back end was squeaking something awful. They replaced the rear shocks and mounts and the squeak is no more. Friendly service, reasonable price. Bonus: waiting area is clean and has a vending machine. Meet my new mechanics! 2003 Tundra: purchased used from private seller. Did not have my mechanic look it over before purchase (mistake #1). After purchase, took it to my Dad’s mechanic and he worked on it but could not resolve issue. Finally had the sense to bring it to Clark’s. They diagnosed the issue, called me with their proposed solution and quoted me a price. And now that puppy runs great and has passed inspection too. Could not be happier with the service.

I have been using Clark's Auto Repair for several years. I have always found their business to be honest and professional. The owner and his mechanics are friendly and I totally trust their judgement in making repairs and giving estimates. They are the best.

We began using Clark's after our family friend who did all our mechanic work cut back how much work he was doing and Clark's has been great since. They never claim things need to be fixed that aren't broken just to make more money like many shops do. They just did diagnostics on our 2004 Expedition and didn't find anything wrong with it and weren't even going to charge for their time spent checking it over, we paid them anyway because they were completely honest and didn't claim to do work that was never done. Clark's is definitely a trustworthy shop to take your vehicles to any time!! Their prices are affordable too which is great in this economy where everyone is charging more and more for the same things yet they haven't jacked their prices up.

Had a great experience with Clark's. They came and towed my car to the shop. They estimated the work at around $600. When all was said and done the total was around $125 because they found an easier way to fix the problem. They could have easily still charged us the $600 and we would have never known the difference. They did a great, quick, and honest job. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.
