Employee Austin was extremely Rude. It was 9:30 am he already had a bad attitude. It's not right just because you have decent prices you feel like you can treat your customers like crap, even raise your voice. I've been coming here for over 10 years. I'm disappointed.

Paid for an oil filter yesterday as for a "special order". Today came for an order and didn't get anythink without a pink slip. That's okay, but they told me that there is no special order needed and tried to sell me another filter because they have them in stock and I don't need to make any special order. I have to go to AutoZone and buy another filter there. This is not the first time that they trying to pushe their special orders on me. Last time they wanted to sell me an item five times more that the internet price through a "spacial order". I would not recommend this place to anyone. Update: They didn't return money for the order and told me that I can use the filter next time and they don't return money for special orders. I haven't been to an authentic auto parts since I was in high school, working on my hot rots. The prices here are the best, this place was recommended to me by a mechanic friend of mine, and it didn't disappoint

I went when the power was not working on the entire block I got some motor mounts and this guy really pulled out a book bigger than a dictionary and made 100% sure I got the right parts. That was a great experience. I hate getting the wrong parts and wasting my time driving back after I’m all dirty from working on the car.

Customer service is a joke. Not professional individuals DO NOT buy from this mom and pop shop. They don’t respect their warranties and lie upon buying products TO MAKE BUSINESS! Would give O stars if possible. Held on to my receipt on file since 2018; 2025 now and won’t respect warranty. Manager in charge 1/28/2025 says there’s no need for receipts to have warranty policy on them. With that being said they only exchange what they want and is convenient for them to change.
