The entire team at Clark’s was SO amazing. They made my safety a priority. After a previous dealership told me my vehicle was “fine to drive” I took it to Clark’s and they told me at any moment my wheel could come off. Bill, my sales advisor was adamant about keeping me safe. I greatly appreciated the kindness and care. Would recommend them over and over again.

These guys are great as always. My oil change went well. Unfortunately for me I wrecked my truck the same day they worked on it.But that's on me, not them. This is a great shop and have done me a great service for many, many years. Thanks, Derek and entire Clark professional care family.

Let me be raw with this review so no one thinks it is AI. I have NEVER in my life been so comfortable in a mechanics shop. My customer service guy Chris ( yes i claimed him he is now mine) treated me like no one ever has. He listened and understood everything i said. Chris never made me feel like I did not know what i was talking about. After Trey ran the diagnostics and confirmed i would need a transmission. Chris relayed that info to me and when i asked questions he answered and offered to have Trey explain to me. Trey you were so professional yet down to earth i truly appreciate that. Ok in short TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL yet real and down to earth vibe. Bent over backwards searching for the best transmission deal for me AND let me use a loaner car no charge! Who does that these days!?

I am very grateful for the team at Clark's Professional Car Care for their continued excellent work at taking good care of all of my expressed car's needs and concerns. And particularly, for getting my car in to be seen and completely serviced on such short notice. I had very limited time to get it done, and they took care of everything in one day. Mr, Chris was most courteous, and kind enough to get me a ride home and back to the shop at no additional cost to me. The whole experience was above and beyond, very top rate service indeed.
