We have used this shop since moving to the area years ago. The owner is great but Rob who works the counter is something else. We bought a new vechile the throttle body needed replaced we replaced it but were still having high idle problems. We stop at the shop to see about getting it looked at and his immediate response was too bad were done. We're not taking any more appointments. We didnt even get a chance to book it for in the near future. He said I dont know what to tell you and walked away. I normally don't do this but this is not an isolated incident he is like that all the time with everyone and god forbid your a woman be prepared to be talked down to immediately. If you can't talk to people in a respectful manner you shouldn't be working with or around the public. There is no need
