From the moment you arrive, the staff is friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. My car always comes out spotless, inside and out, and the service is consistently efficient without ever feeling rushed. Absolutely amazing experience at 3D Car Wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. My car came out looking spotless, shiny, and truly like new. ve been bringing multiple cars here for a while, but the service has gotten worse each time. I brought in a larger SUV and was charged one price for a basic cleaning + mats cleaning. Later, I brought a smaller SUV for the same service and was charged more. (The only additional thing I asked for was to have the bottom of the doors wiped a bit more, which I understood to already be included. If it was extra, I would have been fine paying for it — but no one told me.) In the end, the doors weren’t properly wiped at all, and I had to ask for them to be redone multiple times. When I got home, I noticed the mats were mismatched, and one of the wet mats had been placed on my white fabric seat, leaving it dirty and stained. Save your time and money and find a different car wash.

As a long-standing resident of this neighborhood, I have been a previous customer of Classic 3D Car Wash & Auto Detail Center. Given my young children's frequent use of the car for eating and playing, I was grateful for the gift certificate my sister gave me for my birthday. Nevertheless, my children's extracurricular activities have left me with limited time to devote to cleaning my vehicle. The cashier initially estimated a 50-minute wait; however, the actual process took longer due to my car requiring an extensive clean. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the staff neglected to inform me that certain items needed to be removed to facilitate the cleaning of the third row and trunk. Spend $28+tax for my car wash. Too bad I refused to subscribe for the monthly unlimited wash for 44+tax. So I guess the little birds are working with them. Yellow liquid are in ⚠️📢 alert.
