Classic Auto Craft in San Rafael did a great job. Oscar and his colleagues were competent, friendly and reasonable when it came to discussions about prices for the repair. They can do excellent work while keeping a middle of the road approach. They do not talk you into the high end job you may not want to have. So, thanks and I recommend the place.

I recently had my AudiA4car worked on by Classic Auto Craft, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was in a bit of a rush and kept checking in because my car is my only source of income, but they were incredibly patient and understanding the whole time. David was great—he kept me updated on everything I needed to know and communicated clearly throughout the process. Carlos was also amazing and very helpful. They did an excellent job on my car, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and patience. Highly recommended!

I recently had some work done at Classic Auto Craft. Their body work was exceptional, but what stood out most was their customer service. We had some problems with the insurance company, and the CAC staff was in constant communication, giving me daily updates on their progress, and doing a great job advocating for their customer. Oscar, in particular, was extremely responsive, courteous and professional throughout the process. Their persistence paid off and we were able to get the work fully covered.

Passenger side gouges on both doors from a grocery cart on my new Toyo Highlander LTD. I visited several well know body repair shops before I was referred to Classic. Their facility was not as "pretty" as the others but Oscar took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. It was an eye opener and helped me understand the extensive work that was required to do the repair correctly. Classic communicated directly with Allstate throughout the process so I did not have to. They provided me with regular updates as well. The Highlander looks fabulous. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP Classic also buffed out scratches not related to the claim. Bravo Classic Jim brock
