This is a REAL review! Don’t get fooled! I’m leaving this review so future customers know what to expect when doing business with this company. On 7/28/25, I was involved in an accident at the intersection of Bustleton and Welsh Road. While I was waiting for the police to arrive, a man who introduced himself as the co‑owner, Kenny Yeretzian, came to the scene. He told me I didn’t need to wait and that his shop was just up the road. He emphasized that there would be no charge since the shop was so close. Based on that, I allowed him to take my car there so I could proceed with my insurance claim. I had to repeatedly call for updates, and now I understand why. I've been going to Classic now for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have 6 cars and inevitably have needed their services from time to time. Joe and his staff have earned my trust and I recommend Classic Body Worx to anyone that needs body or paint repairs big or small. If you have to pay out of pocket for a repair not covered by your insurance the prices are VERY fair. My final repairs have always been perfect. This is my second time here, they do amazing work everytime. You can't even tell there was damage before. Not only that but they made my car shine, even the wheels. It looks great, they even cleaned up the inside with all my dogs hair in the back seat. They keep you informed and updated throughout the whole process and were pretty quick to fix it!

As a business owner myself, I know how poor reviews can effect your business so I’m rarely ever one to leave a negative review and much rather swallow it and keep it moving, but this one needed to be expressed. I got into my first ever accident back in May of 2024. Towing arrived on the scene, and because I wasn’t aware of how things work, I allowed them to tow my car to a nearest body shop which happened to be Classic Body Worx. While I got everything situated with insurance, I also kept in touch with them. After battling with my insurance, I was told they’d only cover a certain amount.
