Classic Bowling Green

This was my third experience. The first two was phenomenal. This week was very humiliating. I got a phone call from a salesman that someone was interested in my auto. All was very misleading. I not only made a wasted trip and lost wages , the offer for my car was beyond insulting. So sad to experience how they had changed since my last two purchases.

I just went by Mercedes-Benz of Bowling Green and Mr.Mark Mahowald the service advisor was a great help he helped me install a new real rearview mirror in my E320 I certainly appreciate it.

Great service department. First class operation with very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Great loaner vehicle. Vehicle was repaired on time and service staff constantly texted me with updates. Scheduled service with Ron. Loaner car provided was new and in great condition. Service performed was completed on time. My vehicle was washed and waiting for me at the prescribed time.
