Classic Car Coating

I’m very disappointed with the service i received from Classic. I took my car in i was told it would take about 14 days for repair. I was given an estimate i was told when they take the car a part if they see any more damages the price will change. I wasn’t notified that they so call found more damages on the car. They had my car over two months every week I went there I was told it will be ready in two days.Out of all the visits I went there I were never informed about the charge in the price. Finally went the car was ready I saw damages still on the hood of the car. Terry stated you can take the car and bring it back and we will work it in. I stated no I’m not going to take the car today you had my car for over two months why do I have to be work in ? He stated that we have a lot of cars

The quality of the work at Classic is so good it's almost enough to make you wish for a collision with your other cars (lol). Kenny answered all of my questions on the original estimate on our FJ Cruiser and gave me a realistic timeline on getting the parts, etc. since the car is out of production. Great communication as the repairs moved forward as well. Everyone I came in contact with at Classic was totally focused on quality and the results speak for themselves. I'm glad I took the extra time to check out other shops before going with Classic. Great decision!

If you want excellent work done by pleasant people at a great price, skip the dealer and come straight to Classic Collision Center ( Classic Car Coating) on Oleander Ave. Look for the yellow and red gas dispenser by the road and enjoy the whimsical auto interior. Ask for Kenny, the manager, he is a prince and will take excellent care of you. In these days of high volume hurry up service, it is a rare and delightful experience to find workers who really care about excellence and strive to do the best possible job for you!

I was wowed by the service I received today from Kenny and the gentleman that fixed my bumper cover. It is very refreshing to find people and businesses that see beyond the "immediate dollar" and truly care about the customer and his/her needs. I will definitely go back when I need body work done to one of our vehicles; and will share my excellent experience with folks I know... update 3/12/20 - I stand by my previous 5 rating and if possible would rate higher. I had a mishap with my vehicle and broke my side-view mirror. I contacted Kenny and he provided me with a very fair/reasonable estimate to replace the entire unit. He ordered it on the spot.
