Classic Car Wash

I brought my brand-new car here for a simple exterior wash right after getting it wrapped and left with a significant dent above my rear passenger tire quarter panel. One of the attendants stepped on my rear tire to reach the roof instead of using a ladder, which caused the damage. They admitted fault, and it was clearly caught on security footage. Initially, one staff member was helpful, but once the owner got involved, everything changed. I sent an invoice for a fair and cost-efficient dent repair, along with a reasonable request to cover the couple of days I’d be without my car since the owner insisted on not going through insurance. He verbally agreed to pay but refused to confirm in writing over text, and since then has been unresponsive while my car is being repaired. It’s extreme

They're affiliated with Classic Car wash, so your monthly sticker will not work here. Paid $20 to be told this.

Not a good service for the price they charge. And the folks who work always seem to be in a hurry to finish the job quickly vs making sure they do it right.

Rush Job, Pay extra for wheels & tires. This is how they clean all four wheels. Half- A$$

They have a bunch of guys working with them so they’re able to wash your car fairly quick and do a great job at it.
