Classic Chevy ALWAYS goes above & beyond, which I’ve always appreciated. Greg (service dept) always makes sure I have a ride to work & back, which is super convenient!! The staff is super friendly, efficient & professional. They always service my car within a timely manner. Highly recommend their service dept.

I always make appts but have lost time with holidays, and surgery and had to just show up for my oil change. I knew it'd be a good two hrs. No worries. Again, my fault for not making an appt. As time went by, I knew I had to leave by 1230 to make my son's basketball game. I asked if they would be open on Monday, which was a holiday because I was going to have to leave soon without the oil change bc of my son's game and apologized again for not making an appointment. I got a quick wink and was told my car would be ready in time. Sure enough, it was ready well before I had to leave. Ive purchased 5 vehicles from Classic since 2012 and get them serviced at Classic as well because of this kind of service. They go above and beyond. Very grateful.

Good afternoon, so far everything is fine. But I have a complaint: one of the gearshift buttons was broken and I was not notified. That is very irresponsible of you. Now every time I try to start the bus, the button falls off because one of its teeth was broken
