Classic City Auto Glass - Modern to Classics

The day after I spotted some rock chips, a large crack formed across my windshield (of course). I reached out to Classic City Auto Glass after Safelite quoted me a ridiculous number. Not only did Jesse save me $300, but he was also quick to respond to my inquiry, fixed and recalibrated my windshield with consistent updates, and was flexible with my work schedule. Now that I've found a reliable local auto glass repair business, I'll never go back. Highly recommend.

While traveling from Portland to Seattle, a rock chip struck my windshield. Since we had replaced the windshield only a few months earlier, getting it repaired quickly was essential. The earliest appointment I found elsewhere was Monday, which felt too risky to wait. I contacted Classic City Auto Glass Repair, and Jesse kindly drove to his office to complete the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, getting me safely back on the road in no time. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would gladly travel an hour for service of this quality. Before coming to Classic Auto -- I could not find any windshield repair place willing to fix this long crack in my windshield. He was upfront that the fix had a 50 percent chance of working. He also said if it didn't work, he would take the price of the crack repair off of the replacement of the windshield cost. I told him I wasn't in a hurry and he did a great job! He took the time to show me afterwards how much of the crack he successfully filled in. He was able to get it filled in at the curve. This is important because over the winter if water had gotten into the curve and expanded during a freeze, the crack would have exploded into a big mess. Jesse at Classic City Auto Glass is great! I brought my car back in because I thought the windshield was leaking but he not only did a test to prove the windshield was fine, he took a lot of extra time to try to diagnose the actual problem that had nothing to do with the windshield.
