If there was an option for NO stars, that would be what I'd pick. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Someone backed into my car so I had to get some body work done and I decided to go with this place because of how quickly they would be able to start working on my car but that was a huge mistake. When I received a call about my car being ready, I was excited and expecting it to be the way it was before the damage was done. That's the whole point of you taking it to a body shop is to get it fixed, right? Well, not at this establishment. I should've left happy but I didn't. I left with more problems than I had when I brought it to them. My car was functioning properly when I left it with them. The locks, the windows, the horn, etc. After I picked it up, my horn didn't work, the windows didn't work, etc. I was confus

As a highly rated body shop they made mistakes that ended up with my vehicle still damaged. I was told this would be a 2-3 week repair. After week two I was told that the wrong bumper was ordered and that it would be another week until completion which is within the quoted range. Then after three weeks I was told they ordered the wrong tail light. Another week goes by and the last day insurance was going to pay for a rental car we had it set up to pick my car up. When I arrived I found a missing piece, broken trim piece that had been replaced, the rear bumper not aligned properly and a bulge near the wheel well. After pointing this out they took the car and inspected it. They ordered the broken and missing parts overnight to fix the car. It was at this point that they notified me the bumpe

So I wrecked my truck in November, going off of USAA’s suggestion to use Kendrick’s which is now Classic collision. I got the estimate on the 8th of December saying it will be a 10 day repair, with day to pick up being on the 5th of January. The 5th comes and they say some parts is still being shipped due to the holidays which is totally understandable. So they pushed the date to be ready till the 12-16th. The 15th comes I call asking when I need to pick it up on the 16th. They told me they had to order a tire which would’ve been delivered to them on the following Monday which would been MLK day, but the truck then had to go to North Augusta for another shop to put the replaced brush guard on, have an alignment, detail, and it’ll be ready. All this with me looking at the 23rd to pick up. I

Formerly Kendrick Paint and Body, now Classic Collision in Aiken has been a huge disappointment. I was explicitly told my wifes vehicle would be ready today. I called to arrange pickup, only to be told that they just now ran a diagnostic scan and discovered a collision sensor is broken—so they can’t release the vehicle. The most frustrating part: I told them about this exact issue when I dropped the vehicle off over a week ago. This was damage from a hit-and-run. There is absolutely no excuse for waiting until pickup day to run a scan that should have been done on day one. That’s basic, entry-level process in collision repair. Because of their delay and poor planning, we are now on the eve of an ice storm and my wife is forced to drive a sub-par rental vehicle that is nowhere near as sa
