Classic Collision

I recently hit a deer and had to have my vehicle repaired. Classic Collision did an excellent job repairing my car. (3rd picture posted was taken after repairs) I even received it 5 days earlier than scheduled. Although the bumper did not align properly when initially picked up, Luis did an excellent job to make sure the issue was resolved. I appreciate how often Luis communicated during the entire process. He was very pleasant. The receptionist at the front desk was also very kind and needs to be commended as well. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. Much appreciated.

Had my front bumper replaced. Everyone was super helpful and I received communication on how the repairs were going every step of the way . I got my car back earlier than originally planned and it looked better than when I bought it. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Jeff, Luis and team. I can't give you all enough stars. My experience with Classic Collision in Cleveland, Tn. was great. They kept me informed about my vehicle while it was in their shop. When I went to pick it up they walked me out to my vehicle and asked me if everything looked ok. It looked great! Very nice people at Classic Collision. I would definitely use them again.

Amber was incredibly helpful, and John’s work was truly amazing. John’s attention to detail made the car look like it was brand new, and the craftsmanship was flawless. Both Amber and John are very proud of their excellent service and dedication to doing their best.
