Classic Collision did an excellent job on repairing our 2025 Cadillac XT5 and we recommend them highly. Their level of customer service is superb, communication is excellent, and their service was prompt and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for better. We dealt with Joe Arce and he was amazing!

Not a pleasant experience. Dropped off my car for what i was told would be an easy fix it was dropped of june 10 and did not get it back until june 26. When I got my car back it was left with fingerprints EVERYWHERE and a damaged and not properly placed parts. My passenger seatbelt wasn’t even retracting. NOT TO MENTION THEY LOST MY REGISTRATION STICKER and all other stickers. I was told my windshield was not replaced but it was. It used to be a lexus windshield with white lettering that magically turned black... it was not dropped off this way. After trying to get this all solved they finally had someone come somewhat clean the headliner 9 days after it was dropped off. As for my registration sticker and windshield issue that has not been solved. My car was left here to be better not wors

This is a fair company ran by real people. They were very helpful in getting my van towed from H&H towing down the road, very communicative about its status, and went above and beyond in dealing with a lengthy insurance issue. My service advisor (Joe) was excellent and the manager (Chris) was easy to work with and very understanding about the difficulties with wrecks and insurance. And i was able to manage everything from a different city, really top notch service all around.
