I was impressed with the level of service and communication provided by the staff here. After I was in an accident, I had to have body work, paint and part replacements done. I didn’t expect to have such an amazing experience but I am happy to say the team here made sure I did, especially Jose! The quality of work was great, the communication throughout the process was on point and even picking up my vehicle was outstanding. I was able to leave my rental with them during pickup and imagine my surprise to see that even the interior of my vehicle was clean! Great job, I highly recommend this shop! Thank you 😊

Exceptional Service Experience with Classic Collision and Jose. I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience with your service advisor, Jose, and the entire team at Classic Collision. On December 12th, I brought my car in for repairs and was initially informed by Jose that due to the extent of the damage, it would take approximately a week and a half to two weeks to complete the work. I expressed my need to have my car back sooner, and to my pleasant surprise, I received it two days before Christmas, looking brand new once again. Highly recommend Classic Collision! My car was hit in a car accident and needed the fender and bumper replaced. They were not only extremely friendly and helpful but they did a great job and got the work done very quickly. This isn’t a service I hope to ever use again, but I highly recommend them and will keep their card for future reference. Jose, the manager, took the time to explain everything to me as someone with very limited car knowledge and his entire front desk staff was also very helpful and even helped me have a car rental ready waiting for me the day I dropped off my car and then helped me return the rental as well. And my car looks like brand new! Very happy
