You’re always a little nervous choosing places like this because customer service can be hit or miss, and trust matters. What made me choose Classic Collision were two things: 1. they had the most reviews out of all the places I was given, and 2. those reviews were overwhelmingly positive — so I decided to trust them. From the moment I walked in, everything was easy. Everyone was incredibly kind, communication was on point, and the service absolutely blew my mind. I drove off smiling so big, feeling like I had a brand-new car back 🥹

Freddy and his team was a delight to work with. I made a call in to gather information and Freddy was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very familiar with handling the auto insurance side of it and make sure it is all taken care of. I appreciate how I was able to drop my car off and a rental was available on-site for me to leave with. This was very helpful to me since it would have been a big hassle without this service! Car was fixed quickly and looked brand new!

The team did a fantastic job with my SUV after the collision . The repair quality is outstanding, but the costumer service was not satisfactory they changed the completion date 3 times. So I had to extend my rental 2 two extra days that my insurance company didn’t cover so I had to pay these out of pocket. Other than that everything on the repairs was great .

Ask for Victor!!!! I brought in my Cadillac ct4 on a Friday morning and got it back on a Thursday, amazing timing, great service, Victor personally texted me and kept me updated everyday, sent pictures of what was going on 24/7, his communication is really great. My car looks like new. The work they do here is top tier!

I brought my vehicle in for repairs after it was hit by another vehicle. The manager in charge was very informative and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off, which I really appreciate. Overall, the service was amazing and the customer service was even better. I am very satisfied with the body repairs to my car.
