My car went to Classic Collision after an accident involving a deer. Classic Collision was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. When I received my vehicle back, it was sparkling clean, in perfect shape. Lorie had excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend!

Lost all faith in these folks, zero credibility to when they will look at your vehicle, or when it will be ready. We were told that a part was on national back order and I made 1 call and found 3 at major Honda dealer in San antonio, they said it was out of stock everywhere. It took 1 call with the part number to find 3 in stock, plus the Honda dealer tells you the other Honda dealers that have the part. I called to verify because I could tell I was being lied to. Then they told us a good estimated finish date that date has been pushed forward 3 times and now is over a week pushed off. Bottom line is they have no accountability to anything they tell you go else where. I work at a dealership and will be referring business elsewhere, also went to pick up the car and the work was poorly
