Classic Collision

The body work on my car turned out okay due to some parts not being able to be covered or replaced, but unfortunately my overall experience was ruined by the service advisor, Richard. He was dismissive, dishonest, and condescending both on the phone and in person. Thankfully, the manager Mark stepped in and handled the issue quickly and professionally. I appreciate Mark’s efforts, but the way Richard treated me left a lasting negative impression.

The repair Classic Collision did was through my insurance (so I didn't have too many options to choose from), but I'm glad I went with CC. I was able to take my car in two days after I filed the claim. I was updated as soon as they had an estimate about how long it would take to fix my car. My car was finished on the day they said it would be. As far as I can tell, everything looks great and works great, and I appreciate that they gave my car a little clean prior to returning it. It was a very easy and seamless repair.
